Forging Equipment

17 Hammers: With a range of rated capacity from 2,000 to 10,000 pounds, these units with a series of vertical impact blows, can produce parts weighing more than 200 pounds.

3 Screw presses: High energy hydraulic clutch-controlled units, delivering up to 3,540 tons of force, producing forgings weighing from 3 pounds to well over 100 pounds.

9 Upsetters: A full range of sizes from 3" to 8". Upset forging shapes and forms the metal at various locations along the workpiece, creating custom parts up to 10" in diameter.
